1. Who we are and what these terms do
VATNARA is a brand of Skion Consulting LLC, a ⟨STATE⟩ limited liability company. In these terms "we", "us" and "VATNARA" mean that company. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order.
These terms apply when you use vatnara.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them. They are written to be read.

2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. We ship inside the United States only. See the Shipping Policy for the exact list.
3. What we sell and what it does
We sell a shower filter, replacement cartridges, and a drop test kit.
The filter reduces free chlorine in shower water. It is a water filter. It is not a medical device, and we do not claim it treats, cures, or prevents any illness or skin or hair condition. What your hair and skin do with cleaner water is for you to judge. That is why you have 60 days.
Product details, test results and specifications are on the product page. Where a value is still pending from our lab or supplier, the page says so.
4. Prices
- All prices are in US dollars.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any sales tax we are required to collect for your state. Tax is shown before you confirm.
- Shipping inside the US is free.
- "Was" prices on the product page are our own regular list prices for the same item: $149 for the filter with first cartridge and drop test, and $35 for a replacement cartridge. They are not prices from another store.
- We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you already placed. For the cartridge plan, see section 6.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we can decline an order, for example if we cannot verify the payment, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Please check your address before you confirm. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address until the order ships.
6. Cartridge plan (subscription) — please read this section
The cartridge plan is a subscription. This section is the full disclosure of how it works. We follow the federal rule on negative-option plans (ROSCA) and the auto-renewal laws of the states where they apply, including California and New York.
6.1 What you agree to
When you choose "Filter + cartridge plan" you agree to this:

| Then | $29 for one cartridge, charged and shipped every 4 months, starting 4 months after your first order. |
| How long | Until you cancel. There is no minimum term. |
| Two showers option | $258 today for two filters, then $58 for two cartridges every 4 months. |
Sales tax is added where required. Shipping is free.
6.2 Your consent
The plan is only started if you choose it. At checkout you see the plan price, the interval and the words "renews every 4 months until you cancel" before you place the order. You confirm the plan with the same click that places the order. If you did not pick the plan, you are not on it.
After checkout we email you a copy of the plan terms, the renewal date, and the link to manage or cancel it.
6.3 Reminder before every charge
Five days before each cartridge charge we send you an email. It shows the price, the date, and what ships. From that email you can, in one click:
- Skip this shipment,
- Move it to a later date,
- Change the interval to every 3 or every 6 months, or
- Cancel the plan.
If you do nothing, the charge goes through on the date in the email and the cartridge ships.
6.4 How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time, with no call and no reason:
- click Cancel in any plan email, or
- log in to your account at vatnara.com and click Cancel plan, or
- email support@vatnara.com with "cancel my plan" and your order number. We cancel it the same business day and confirm by email.
Cancelling is as easy as signing up. We will never ask you to call to cancel.
Timing: a cancellation made before a charge date stops that charge. If a charge already went through, see the Refund Policy, section 5.
6.5 What happens when you cancel
- You keep the filter. It is yours.
- You keep the $129 plan price you paid on day one. We do not charge the difference to the one-time price.
- You can buy cartridges one at a time at the regular price ($35) whenever you like.
- You can restart the plan any time.
6.6 Price changes on the plan
If we ever change the cartridge price on your plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. The email tells you the new price and how to cancel. If you do nothing, the new price applies from the next charge after those 30 days. Cancelling before that date means you never pay the new price.
6.7 Failed payments
If a charge fails, we try again and email you. If it still fails after ⟨14⟩ days, we pause the plan. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you update the payment method.
6.8 State law
If you live in California, New York, or another state with an auto-renewal law, you have the rights that law gives you. Where that law gives you more than this section, the law applies. This section is written to meet those laws, not to limit them.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. We do not store your full card number.
8. Shipping and delivery
See the Shipping Policy. In short: free shipping inside the US, shipped within 3 business days, and most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days.
9. The 60-day guarantee
See the Refund Policy. In short: 60 days to decide, money back by email, you keep the filter. One filter per household, on your first order.
10. Using the filter safely
- Install the filter as shown in the guide in the box. Hand-tight is enough.
- Use it on a standard shower arm with cold and mixed water. Do not install it on a hot-water-only line.
- Replace the cartridge when the flow drops or when the plan cartridge arrives. An old cartridge filters less.
- Do not drink water from the shower filter. It is not a drinking-water filter.
- If anything leaks, turn off the water and email us.
11. Our liability
We stand behind the product with the 60-day guarantee and with replacements for damaged or wrong items.
Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time or water damage caused by an installation that did not follow the guide.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
12. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a photo, a review, or a message and say we may use it, we may show it on our site or in our ads. We will use your first name and state only, or a name you choose. You can ask us to take it down at any time by email.
We only publish reviews from real customers. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
13. Our content
The text, photos, videos and design on this site belong to Skion Consulting LLC or our licensors. You may share links. Please do not copy pages or images for commercial use without asking.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the change. For the cartridge plan, a change that affects price or interval follows section 6.6.
15. Disputes
We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Email us first. Most things are solved in one reply.
If we cannot solve it, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of ⟨STATE⟩, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. ⟨OWNER DECISION — pick one: (a) "Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in ⟨STATE⟩." or (b) an arbitration clause with a small-claims carve-out, drafted by counsel.⟩
